Clinic Partnership in Preparation & Integration Support
Support that enhances clinical outcomes and the patient experience.
Your clinic delivers evidence-based ketamine treatment. What happens outside the treatment room plays an important role in how patients understand their experiences, stay engaged across the treatment series, and carry insights forward into daily life.
Preparation and integration coaching is designed to support that continuum of care without adding clinical burden to your team.
Why Preparation and Integration Support Matters
Ketamine treatment can open meaningful internal experiences for patients. Without structured support, those experiences can sometimes feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to apply once patients return to daily life.
Preparation and integration coaching helps patients:
arrive to treatment sessions more grounded and oriented
feel emotionally supported between sessions
make sense of what emerges during treatment
stay engaged throughout the full treatment series
translate insights into practical, lasting change
This support complements your clinical care while remaining clearly non-medical.
How This Support Fits Alongside Clinical Care
Preparation and integration coaching does not replace medical treatment, therapy, or psychiatric care. It operates within a clearly defined coaching scope and is designed to support patients before and after treatment sessions.
Coaching focuses on emotional readiness, reflection, nervous system regulation, and application of insights. Clinical decision-making and treatment remain fully within the clinic’s scope. If clinical or safety-related concerns arise during coaching, patients are redirected back to the appropriate medical or mental health provider.
What This Looks Like for Patients
Before Treatment
Patients receive preparation support focused on emotional readiness, intention clarity, nervous system regulation, and orientation to the ketamine experience.
Between Sessions
Patients are supported in reflecting on what arises, staying regulated, and integrating insights so each session builds on the last.
After the Treatment Series
Integration support helps patients carry insights into daily life and sustain momentum beyond the treatment window.
Partnership Models
Embedded Coaching Packages
Preparation and integration support is included as part of the clinic’s treatment offering.
This model:
provides consistent support for every patient
supports continuity before, during, and after treatment
enhances patient engagement across the series
aligns seamlessly with clinical care
requires minimal operational involvement from clinic staff
Scheduling and delivery of coaching sessions are handled independently, so clinic staff are not responsible for managing logistics.
Referral-Based Support
Clinics introduce preparation and integration coaching as an optional resource.
In this model:
patients choose whether to engage in coaching
scheduling and payment are handled directly with the patient
clinic involvement remains minimal
This option offers flexibility while extending support beyond the treatment room.
Operational Clarity
Coaching sessions are delivered virtually.
Clinics are not required to manage coaching scheduling or logistics.
Coaching complements, but does not replace, clinical communication.
Routine reporting or documentation is not required from clinics.
Scope & Professional Boundaries
Coaching services are non-medical and operate within a clearly defined scope. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or therapeutic care. Coaching is intended to complement clinical ketamine treatment and any existing mental health support and does not interfere with a patient’s relationship with their clinical providers.
Experience & Approach
I am a preparation and integration coach certified through Being True to You, with over two years of experience supporting clients through ketamine treatment. I have experience working alongside ketamine clinics, providing preparation and integration support that aligns with clinical workflows and professional boundaries.
I am familiar with the internal experiences patients commonly report during treatment, including emotional material and shifts in perspective, and support patients in integrating those experiences in a grounded, structured way that complements clinical care.
