I help people grow beyond survival and into a life that feels peaceful, present, and authentic.

My work focuses on preparation and integration support for individuals navigating meaningful inner experiences, including ketamine and psychedelic-assisted healing. I support clients in approaching these experiences with emotional readiness and in translating the insights that emerge into grounded, lasting change in daily life.

My coaching comes from lived experience. I spent many years navigating anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and the quiet ache of not feeling at home within myself. Those experiences taught me how to meet myself with awareness and self-honesty, and that is the work I continue to live every day.

Healing isn’t about eliminating discomfort. It is about learning to relate to oneself with more presence, curiosity, and honesty.

My Approach

My work blends emotional awareness, nervous system understanding, and integration practices that help people move through change with greater ease and clarity.

Lasting transformation happens when all parts of a person feel included in the process. My role is to help clients develop the internal alignment that allows growth to unfold naturally.

My Journey

My deeper journey began around the age of forty, when I realized I had been living largely on autopilot. I was functioning, but I was not truly connected to myself. I began exploring my inner world, questioning long-standing patterns, and searching for a more authentic way of living.

At forty-five, a psychedelic experience brought a level of clarity I could not ignore. It opened a doorway into the work I do now and changed the trajectory of my life. The path since then has not been linear or polished. It has been real, humbling, and deeply transformative, the kind of path that teaches how to guide others from a place of honesty and lived understanding.

Each layer of my own healing allows me to meet clients with empathy, perspective, and respect for the complexity of their journey.

Why I Coach

I coach because I have lived through the moments when everything feels heavy, confusing, or uncertain. I understand what it is like to face the parts of oneself that are difficult to confront and to question whether change is even possible.

I have not arrived at a place where everything is figured out. Growth does not work that way. Becoming is an ongoing unfolding, a daily commitment to living more aligned, more awake, and more true to oneself.

Comfort can keep people safe for a while, but fulfillment often begins when they step beyond the familiar and discover what else may be possible for their lives.

The Work I Do

Through my own healing, including psychedelic and ketamine experiences, I have seen how early conditioning and protective patterns shape the way people think, feel, and respond to life. I help clients recognize these patterns with compassion and learn how to shift them from the inside out.

My work centers on awareness, emotional stability, and integration. It is the process of helping clients take insights gained through life, therapy, or psychedelic experiences and translate them into grounded, lasting change.

What You Can Expect

Healing is not about fixing a person. It is about remembering who someone is beneath the noise, the conditioning, and the protective layers.

The coaching space I create is safe, patient, and free of judgment. It allows clients to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the intelligence already present within them.

Growth does not need to be rushed. It simply requires remaining in relationship with the process.

Client Reflections

“Integration is the true work of the medicine, and Kim continually brings the focus back to how the insights from the experience can actually be used in everyday life. She asks the questions that help you apply what you learned rather than simply talk about it. Kim is patient, kind, and gently keeps you accountable to the integration process. Her guidance helped me grow meaningfully from my medicine experiences.”

— Cory E.

“From the moment Kim began preparing me for my journey, I immediately felt more at ease. She answered my questions thoroughly and reassured me every step of the way. During integration, her calm support helped deepen my reflection and allowed the wisdom from the experience to continue unfolding. Kim’s knowledge and confidence in the process made the entire experience feel both comfortable and meaningful.”

— Avani P.

“Kim was incredibly easy to talk to and created a space where I felt safe sharing my experience. She was warm, supportive, and genuinely present throughout our work together. It often felt like talking with a trusted friend who truly cared.”
