Coaching for who You’re Becoming

I help people integrate deep inner experiences, including ketamine therapy and other psychedelic work, into daily life through preparation, integration, and transformation coaching.

The moment of insight lights the path, but walking it changes everything.

I’m a transformation coach and psychedelic prep and integration coach. I work with people before and after experiences that open the door to real inner change, including ketamine therapy, psychedelic journeys, breathwork, and other forms of deep inner work.

Many people come to this work after living with depression, anxiety, or a long-standing sense of feeling stuck. Ketamine or other inner experiences can bring powerful insight or emotional openings, but they don’t automatically show you how to live differently once the experience is over. My role is to help you understand what’s coming up, make sense of it, and begin translating those moments into real, lived change rather than letting them fade or become overwhelming.

I believe our hardest chapters often hold the doorway to deep transformation. Healing is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It’s about meeting yourself more honestly, understanding your patterns, and learning how to respond differently when life asks something new of you.

My work focuses on integration, pattern awareness, and helping you understand how your inner world shapes your choices, relationships, and direction. That might mean processing what surfaced during ketamine therapy, preparing for a psychedelic experience, or navigating a life transition that has stirred things you can’t ignore anymore.

Everything you need is already within you. My role is not to give you answers, but to help you uncover what’s already there and learn how to live from that place with more trust, clarity, and confidence.

Hey there, I’m Kim!

My work is about helping you move through what’s been keeping you stuck. Together, we uncover the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and choices, especially in the wake of ketamine therapy, psychedelic experiences, or other meaningful inner work. I create a supportive space where you can understand yourself more clearly, release what no longer fits, and begin making changes that actually carry into your daily life.

Is This You?

People often arrive here after ketamine therapy, psychedelic experiences, or a long period of anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck, knowing something meaningful has shifted but unsure how to move forward with it.

You’ve done the work to get this far, but something still feels out of reach.

Maybe you’re tired of cycling through the same thoughts, emotions, or habits.

Maybe you’ve touched moments of clarity through ketamine therapy or other healing work, but you’re unsure how to make that feeling last.

Or maybe you simply know you’re meant for more peace, confidence, and ease than you’re living right now.

I work with clients who are ready to:

  • Feel grounded and safe in their own body

  • Let go of old stories and patterns

  • Build self-trust and emotional resilience

  • Strengthen relationships with self and others

  • Explore new ways to heal and grow

My approach blends deep presence, nervous-system awareness, and practical tools for real-life change. Integration is where insight starts to matter, not just in understanding, but in how you show up.

What to Expect When We Work Together

Support That Meets You Where You Are
You’ll have space to show up exactly as you are. I meet you there with presence, compassion, and honest reflection, helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and what’s asking for attention next.

Integration-Focused, Whole-Person Work
Our work looks at the full picture: thoughts, emotions, body awareness, and lived experience. Whether you’re integrating ketamine therapy, psychedelic experiences, or navigating a personal turning point, we focus on making sense of what’s emerged so it can inform real change.

Personalized, Responsive Coaching
Each session is shaped by what you need in that moment. Some days call for slowing down and reflecting. Others call for practical support and next steps. We stay responsive rather than rigid, allowing the work to unfold naturally.

Curiosity, Honesty, and Openness
Our conversations are grounded, honest, and exploratory. We stay curious about patterns, open to new perspectives, and focused on growth that feels aligned rather than forced.
