About Me

I help people grow beyond survival and into a life that feels peaceful, present, and authentic. My coaching comes from lived experience. I’ve spent years finding my way through anxiety, depression, and the search for self-worth. I still meet those emotions from time to time, and they remind me that growth is ongoing. What’s different now is how I meet them: with awareness, compassion, and trust instead of resistance. Healing isn’t about never feeling discomfort again. It’s about learning to meet life differently, with presence, curiosity, and self-compassion.

I’m a Certified Psycho-Spiritual Integration Coach and a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor. These paths taught me to see healing through the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Lasting change happens when we bring all parts of ourselves into alignment and create space for growth to unfold naturally.

My own journey began around 40, when I realized I was living on autopilot. I started exploring deeper self-connection and healthier ways of being. At 45, a moment of clarity shifted everything and opened the door to the work I do now. The process hasn’t been perfect or linear, and that’s the point. Healing is ongoing. It evolves as we do. Every layer of growth helps me guide others with more empathy, honesty, and perspective.

Through my own healing, including psychedelic and ketamine experiences, I’ve seen how early conditioning and protective patterns still influence the way we think, feel, and choose. I help people recognize these patterns and learn how to shift them with compassion. That understanding fuels my mission to help others grow in awareness and live with greater freedom and self-trust.

I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, even while life keeps unfolding. My role is to help you slow down, listen within, and reconnect with the strength and wisdom that’s already inside you. In our work together, you’ll find space that feels safe, patient, and free from judgment. A place to explore who you are and who you’re becoming.

If you’re ready to move from surviving to becoming, I’d be honored to walk beside you on that journey.
