Welcome to Becoming with Kim (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or purchasing coaching services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Coaching Services
Becoming with Kim provides transformational coaching, ketamine preparation and integration coaching, and educational resources designed to support personal growth.
All services are non-medical and non-clinical in nature.
Coaching is intended to help clients gain insight, build self-awareness, and apply meaningful changes in their daily lives.
2. No Medical or Mental Health Services
Kim Sackett is a Certified Transformational and Integration Coach and is not acting as a physician, psychotherapist, psychologist, licensed counselor, or other healthcare provider.
Services provided through Becoming with Kim do not include:
Medical advice
Diagnosis
Prescription recommendations
Psychotherapy
Mental health treatment
Crisis intervention
Any information shared on this website or during coaching sessions is for educational and informational purposes only.
Always consult with your physician, therapist, or licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
3. Ketamine Preparation and Integration Coaching
Preparation and integration coaching is designed to support clients before and after legally prescribed and supervised ketamine treatment, as well as other significant inner healing experiences.
Coaching may include:
Clarifying intentions
Nervous system regulation practices
Reflection and journaling prompts
Somatic awareness tools
Translating insights into meaningful life changes
Coaching does not determine whether ketamine or any other treatment is appropriate for you.
All decisions regarding treatment, dosing, and medical care must be made between you and your licensed healthcare provider.
4. Personal Responsibility
You understand that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
Coaching is a collaborative process, but there are no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
5. No Guarantees
While many clients experience meaningful insights and positive changes, results vary from person to person.
We do not guarantee:
Specific emotional outcomes
Healing results
Relationship changes
Financial improvements
Relief from symptoms
6. Payment, Scheduling, and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
7. Confidentiality
Your privacy is important.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential except:
When disclosure is required by law
When there is concern about imminent harm to yourself or others
When you provide written permission to share information
Please note that coaching is not a protected healthcare service, and communications may not be subject to HIPAA.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, downloadable materials, graphics, and written resources are the intellectual property of Becoming with Kim unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without written permission.
9. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
